The policy of Sea Power Shipping Enterprises, Inc., Inc. is to provide all principals with manpower to ocean-going vessels that consistently exceed their expectations in relation to quality, safety, reliability, principal service, environmental responsibilities and with adherence to the requirements of International Labour Organization for Seafarers Rights (MLC 2006) at no placement fee to be collected.

Sea Power Shipping Enterprises, Inc. is totally committed to achieving the highest management standards with particular emphasis placed upon safe working practices and continuous improvement of the skills of personnel.

The commitment to quality includes the provision of safe working practices, a safe working environment, prevention of pollution, establishing safeguards against all identified risks, evaluating audit results, analyzing the cause of non-conformance and evaluating the effectiveness of corrective actions, recording investigation or root cause analysis and immediate action will be recorded.

Sea Power Shipping Enterprises, Inc., Inc. is committed to enhancing principal requirements, the continual improvement and effectiveness of the management system, and setting of quality objectives in line with the framework laid down within ISO 9001:2015 Standard. These objectives will address the risks and opportunities within the SPSEI as determined by Top Management.

The management system will allow business decision-making process to control and monitor risks and verify adherence to performance standards. Compliance with this policy, objectives and associated procedures is mandatory and binding upon all employees, including responsibility and compliance to Philippine Legislation, updates, standards and to ensure all in legal ways and means. Quality is the responsibility of everyone working for and on behalf of Sea Power Shipping Enterprises, Inc.

Principal’s satisfaction and the good name of Sea Power Shipping Enterprises, Inc. are directly dependent upon this working philosophy. The QMR has the responsibility and authority to coordinate, develop and monitor the implementation and effectiveness of the quality system by ensuring that the requirements of ISO 9001:2015, ILO MLC 2006 and STCW 2010 including Manila Amendments are met.

This policy is communicated and understood within the Organization and is available to the public and will be reviewed for continuing suitability and relevance.
