Sea Power Shipping –POEA Award of Excellence 2009 Awardee

Sea Power Shipping was given its 2nd Award of Excellence by the Philippine Overseas Employment Administration (POEA) last April 29, 2010 at the Philippine International Convention Center. The awardees were evaluated on the basis of the following criteria: volume and quality of deployment, technical capability, compliance with recruitment rules and regulation, welfare programs and allied services and human resources development plan, industry leadership, marketing capability, social awareness and responsibility. Ms. Aliki Polemi, Administration Manager and Capt. Antonios Begleris, Port Captain from Sea Power Piraeus and Ms. Antoniette Isabel Guerrero, President of Sea Power Manila received the award presented by Hon. DOLE Secretary Marianito Roque, Hon. POEA Administrator Jennifer Jardin-Manilili and Hon. Undersecretary Romeo Lagman.
