- Entry of seaman’s book – first page and master’s entry with vessel stamp and date of embarkation and disembarkation
- Stamp of immigration – departure and arrival
- All offsigning crew must get an appointment with the crewing personnel assigned or ms. Virigie de Asis, operations manager at 09217447709 prior reporting to the office. They should also present the result of the RT-PCR (swabbing) test upon entering office premises. Only those with appointment will be allowed.
- All crew repatriated due to medical reasons may contact Ms. Joselyn Guiritan, vice-president at 0928-2024121.
General Guidelines for all Reporting Crew
As we hope to minimize health risks, sea power shipping enterprises, inc. Is implementing a set of guidelines and policies for reporting seafarers to ensure safety amidst the covid-19 outbreak.
In compliance with the guidelines Department of Health and Department of Labor and Employment, our company will limit the number of visitors to observe social distancing.
The following guidelines and policies will be strictly implemented as follows:
- No appointment, no entry. Only seafarers who secured an appointment or received instructions from SPSEI officers and staff will be allowed to report.
- No mask & no face shield, no entry. Prior entering, seafarers must wear face mask and must be worn at all times while inside the office premises.
- Checking of temperature is mandatory upon entry. For persons with temperature over 37.5 degrees, even after 5 minutes rest shall not be allowed to enter the office premises.
- Visitor’s health checklist shall be accomplished by the reporting crew and must provide truthful information in accordance with the R.A. 11469, Bayanihan to Heal as One Act.
- Social distancing must be observed at all times while in the office premises.
- Maintain proper hygiene. Sanitation rug for shoes and alcohol/sanitizer area are available upon entering the office.
- Strictly no companion is allowed (e.g., wife and children) during crew’s visit.
- Once appointment or any transaction is finished. No crew is allowed to roam around or stay inside the office premises.
