Undergo technical assessment and CBT(Computer Based Test)
Provide CV in PDF or DOC format to be sent to sps.manila@gmail.com
Pass an online/phone interview with principal
Confirm and certify the terms and conditions of the employment
Report to Documentation Officer for required training, certification, documents, and renewals that are needed to be obtained
Undergo another PEME(Pre-employment Medical Exam) as directed by the principal
- Sign DMW(Department of Migrant Workers) COE
- Accomplished required documentation forms
Determine if FTW(Fit-to-work) by securing the following:
- Review of upgrading training, licenses, and certificates
- Secure Flag State endorsement
- Determine allotment details
- Collect issued PPEs and working gears
Attend Accounting Department briefing
Undergo principal policies/instructions
Secure travel documents/requirements
- Visa
- eTicket
- NAIA crew list
- Letter of guarantee
- Letter to master

The system provides a log-in page for the Principals to allow easy viewing of the crew per vessel. The program also includes viewing and printing of all scanned documents, contract of employment, licenses, training certificates, etc.

Crew Management System (CMS) Automates the management of crew line-up processes and maintain crew list by date, position, history and compliance records, the tool also creates new list, crew requirements, comunication & document handling per line-up request, flight details per batch and status. SeaPower's Shipping Accounting System (SAS) automates general leger, accounts payable/recievable, this tool might also include, payroll system, DTR Time Monitoring and others.
